Okay, so this is nice and simple, but this is part one - part two is me getting carried away with the swirls and losing the nice geometric flow - don't zoom in with the liquify tool!

I have less abstract ideas of expressing this bouncing around in my head that are starting to spill out onto canvas and onto the screen, stay tuned
